Bead Filter Pond is an innovative bacterial product for immediate biological activity of Bead filters in every pond.
- Improves filter performance
- Reduces the cleaning effort and need for cleaning
- Rapidly and effectively breaks down organic contaminants
- Reduces ammoniacal nitrogen content
- Ensures functioning nitrification (ammonia -> nitrite -> nitrate) and denitrification (nitrate -> nitrogen) in the Bead filter
- Removes drug residues and ensures a rapid re-establishment of useful bacteria in the Bead filter after their use
- Reduces odours (e.g. from algae or fish excretions) and breaks down hydrogen sulphide
Bead Filter Pond is suitable for use from a water temperature of 7°C and is effective in the pond at both low and high pH values.
Dosage
On filter restart | Weekly for four weeks
Volume of the pond:
300 – 750 l = 60 ml
751 – 1.850 l = 90 ml
1.851 – 3.850 l = 120 ml
3.851 – 19.000 l = 180 ml
After filter cleaning | Weekly for two weeks
Volume of the pond:
300 – 750 l = 60 ml

Tips & Tricks
- Repeat the application after restarting or after cleaning the Bead filter.
- Ideal in combination with Special Blend Pond and Nite Out II Pond.
