Office administrator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Processing and coordinating customer enquiries and orders
- Supporting sales by scheduling appointments, processing information and following up customer transactions
- Creating and managing documents and reports
- Maintaining customer master data in our CRM system
- Participation in internal meetings and support in the realisation of projects
- Working closely with sales and other departments to ensure optimal customer solutions
Your Qualifications
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification
- You have experience in a comparable position
- You have excellent communication and organisational skills
- You are familiar with MS Office and CRM systems
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- You are a team player and flexible
