Quality, effectiveness and reliability are the cornerstones for long-term popular and successful products. From the initial idea for a new product to the creation of the description on the label, our main concern is how we can help customers pursue their hobby even more successfully and effortlessly. To achieve this goal, we use all our expertise and motivation every day.

Together is not only written in capital letters, but also describes one of the most important aspects of our company philosophy. When it comes to interaction with our retailers as well as with end customers, our top priority is always open, trustworthy and reliable communication. This is the only way to turn a collaboration into a ‘WIN-WIN-WIN’ situation, in which everyone is satisfied in the end and enjoys offering and/or using our products.

‘Hi, I have a question about your products.’ – ‘Hello, how may we help you?’. Does this dialogue seem unusual to you? We find it perfectly natural and normal. Who would be better qualified than us to answer questions about our products? The close contact with end customers is sacred to us and is a constant motivation and confirmation for our work and our products. Since we are always available by email in addition to all the familiar social media platforms, no question remains unanswered for long. Together we find the right solution for almost every ‘problem’.
